3.1 Why should Los Santos Fire Department accept your reinstatement ?:
(( The Fire Department and its role in society was always my passion, no matter what the situation is, the mere teamwork, details, operations they all mean a lot to me, I might have not taken the time to enter in all the divisions that I've had the chance to take a position in, but even with a few EVOC licenses to let me drive the RAs and of course the Big Red, I had a ton of situations in which I've shown only passion and determination, I've had uncountable hours spent within the department, and I miss every single one of them. ))

3.2 Why do you wish to rejoin the Fire Department?:
(( I've had some great memories here, really toughened the quality of my Fire Department RP and the sheer amount of details I've learned to introduce, the inactivity I had was purely from the lack of interest in games at that moment, issues with my computer, even if time wasn't such a big issue back then, personal issues, they've all counted in the situation however I've never hesitated into showing interest into the department and I will never stop doing so, the flashing lights, the entrance on scene and the feeling that I saved someone even if it's just a roleplay in a game, for so many hours they were the reasons why I was proud to be in LSFD and I'm definitely keen into getting that feel again and to be back in my turnout gear. ))

(( I have taken a break from the game, recently upgraded my PC's ram and had my game run without any of the issues it had back then.))

5.1 Please provide an IC background story for your character (200 words minimum): Hayden Helmsley, born on 16th of October 1992, in Moore, Oklahoma, his parents Miranda Helmsley and Paterson Helmsley, were always supporting Hayden in any kind of endeavors he was keen into approaching, his mother working as a receptionist at the hospital and his father as a firefighter, he always used to visit the fire station alongside Paterson and show Hayden all around the place, the Chief was more than pleased to even let little Hayden spend most of his time around.
He studied at Moore Public Schools, where he had pretty good grades when it came to Biology, and during his free time, Hayden would always study on what his father, as a firefighter was doing and interest himself into firefighting, always finding his father as his personal hero.
After passing middle school, going into high school, his qualities as a person started to show up. Hayden was a friendly person and due to his well-given education, he was always a helping hand around the world, and whenever he saw a bottle or some snack bag laying onto the sidewalk due to an act of loitering, he wouldn't hesitate taking it to the closest trash bin.
Alongside high school, he has started studying medicine and had a few discussions with his father regarding his job as a firefighter and was always interested into it, so his Paterson decided to volunteer his son, Hayden into the Fire Department, he got himself a few first aid courses, and to make it shorter, it was an amazing moment for him, it was like a dream come true... almost.
At the age of 19, in 2011, he graduated from high school, got his driving license of course and he was feeling like a free man, independent and intelligent! His next steps, of course, were to start a brand new lifestyle, he wanted to start studying at a medical college but after some time of thinking, he changed his mind and spoke to his father regarding Fire Department recruitment, his father decided for him, that he should find something less dangerous for the beginning, and remain volunteer to get used to the department a little more. So he took an easy job, getting money from volunteering as well.
At the age of 21, the most tragic event in his life, happened out of a sudden, since the last tornado in 1993, they've never experienced such a powerful showcase of nature's power, as the 2013 EF5 Moore Tornado, an event which eradicated many houses and killed dozens of people, including his father during a rescue operation.
His soul... obliterated by the event, not knowing how to react and on the verge of depression, their house affected in a bad way, his mother helped him with some money and told him to go, and make his life somewhere else and promised him that she will be okay.
After deciding to fly to Minnesota, still very touched by the recent event, he established himself a few therapy sessions with the money he had, and while wandering throughout the city, did his best to find a job, no matter if it was suiting him or not, only to get enough money.
After seven years, sitting in a rent, a cheap car and a common job as mechanic, Hayden knew this wasn't the life he really wanted, and he was still keen into achieving his dream, after all these years that's how you know that he is determined and positive.
With the money he made, and the little amount of cash his mother sent him, alongside selling his car, he flew to Los Santos... they call it the land of opportunity after all.
And the time has arrived, the time to let time write the lyrics of Hayden's life here in Los Santos.
