INFORMATION

An employee has the right to appeal a termination issued by those in such power to do so. An thorough explanation is expected when filing these appeals as a termination of employment is, under normal circumstances, a last resort and essentially due to, but not limited to: severe misconduct, criminal activity or other behavior seem to be unfit to be in the Los Santos Fire Department.

((Out of Character removals from the faction must be appealed directly to the Fire Chief as these are automatically considered to be a faction ban.))
  • In case of said disciplinary action is from a Chief Officer, the appeal will be reviewed by the Internal Affairs Division and the (Deputy) Fire Chief.
  • In case of said disciplinary action is from Civilian Staff Management, their respective Bureau/Division Command may be involved in the review.
  • In case of said disciplinary action is from Lifeguard Command, their respective Bureau/Division Command may be involved in the review.
  • In case of said disciplinary action being internal within your division, their respective Bureau/Division Command will be involved in the review.

FORMAT - Send all appeals to the Fire Department Internal Affairs Command team.
