FIRE VEHICLES SERVICING AND REPAIRS CONTRACT
1. Introduction:
1.1 This is a legal document published by the Los Santos Fire Department.
1.1.a This document is a legal contract published by the Los Santos Fire Department
1.2 This document is released in order to get into an agreement with a civilian repair garage in order to maintain, service repair and upkeep all of the department's vehicles.
2. Requirements::
2.1 The repair garage must be a licensed garage as requested by law.
2.2 The repair garage must hold the experience and equipment to service heavy machinery such as the Los Santos Fire Department holds.
2.3 The repair garage must be available to service the Fire Department vehicles per request of the department.
3. Payment and services::
3.1 The contract prices must include all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes. No adjustment will be made to cover taxes which may subsequently be imposed on this contract or changes in the rates of currently applicable taxes. However, the government will, upon the request of the Contractor, discuss changes to the contract if the department sees it appropriate.
3.2 The Los Santos Fire Department is seeking price offers for the following services:
3.2.a Maintenance.
3.2.b Mechanical Repairs.
3.2.c Cosmetics Repairs.
3.2.d Winter-readiness checks.
3.3 The Los Santos Fire Department will pay the repair garage for its services every TWO weeks (14 days) for all services the department received during this time set.
3.3.1 Failure to pay in time will credit repair garage with 5% interest per day of delayed payment.
4. Agreements::
4.1 The repair garage must respect and follow all requests listed in this contract.
4.1.a The repair garage and or the Los Santos Fire Department holds the right to end this contract if it was proved that one of the agreements was not followed.
4.2.b If one of the sides breaks this contract, it will pay the other side compensation of 25,000 USD.
4.3 The repair garage will prioritise emergency vehicles over civilian ones due to the nature of their work and the importance in their availability.
4.4 The repair garage and the Los Santos Fire Department must log and document all services and payments provided.
4.4.1 ((All documentation will be done on the LSFD forums for both sides)).
4.5 This contract is a THREE months contract.
5. Application::
5.1 In order to participate in this contract and submit an offer you must send the following format via email ((forum PM)) to Assistant Fire Chief Issac Hunter and Deputy Fire Chief Carlton Jones.
