Dear Staff,
In conclusion of a discussion made by our command staff, we have decided to implement a rather minor change to our radio policy.
From now forward, members will have to call in going on/off duty.

Before:

Section 8 - Radio Communication

8.7 Radio Transmissions
8.7.1 Regulations
It is always required to update CAD status, as referenced above under "Status Codes".

Here is a list of when it is required to call over the radio.

• Arrival at Scene.
• En Route to Hospital

Here is a list of when it is not required to call over the radio. CAD status updates may be used instead.

• On/Off Duty.
• In Service / Out of Service.
• Responding to Call.
• Arrival at Hospital.
