MEMORANDUM #62

Hey Everyone,
With the implementation of the recent clothes mod pack, it came to our attention that there is a slight mismatch when it comes to shirt and pants colors when using the current values on our guides.
We've decided to allow everyone the use of dark blue shirts, this way the colors will match the pants we use better.

Before: Shirt: 364, 8

After: Shirt: 384, 0

We've also taken the time to confirm and update all value changes from the last updates + with this current change:
