Dear Staff,
Following a recent internal discussions within the Administrative Bureau and to increase participation during public events, the Los Santos Fire Department has decided to implement payments for participation during events, the following guidelines will be set in motion for payments and processing payments for event participation;
A minimum payrate of $3,000 per hour on top of an employees salary shall be awarded to all LSFD Event Participants that have properly signed up at least 1 hour prior to the start of the event. A total of 2 hours event runtime shall be considered mandatory payment, whilst anything over 2 hours shall be considered voluntary overtime, which means a maximum an employee can be awarded with is a total of $6,000 for 2 hours of event participation.
To be properly awarded half of the payment for event participation an employee is required to fulfill a minimum of 1 hour total event participation, whereas to be awarded full payment for the event participation an employee is required to fulfill a minimum of 2 hours total event participation. The employees are required to be properly signed up for an event. Latecomers, that have signed up for the event must properly discuss payment options with an Administrative Bureau Officer after the conclusion of the event. Latecomers, that have not signed up for the event should still sign themselves up via the website and must properly discuss payment options with an Administrative Bureau Officer after the conclusion of the event.
Note that your payment may be docked if an Administrative Bureau Officer may deem it appropriate, depending on certain circumstances that may happen to an event, during an event or with your participation at an event.
