If I have denied for Recruitment Staff, can I apply for Public Relations?

Listen, the moment you copy paste a generated background story from the internet and try to get into FD, you're not going to have much of a chance in any position. Right now you seem be to going through the positions without any care in the world, career -> recruitment staff -> public relations? How is that suppose to look for us? You can attempt to apply for public relations as it has nothing to do with being in a career position or recruitment officer but I don't suspect you have a high chance.

Hello,

I currently have an active application to become a Volunteer Firefighter. My application is currently at Stage 3, EMT-B and Firefighter Academy. Would it be too late for me to change my application to apply for a Public Relations Member position, as I feel I will have more to offer in such a role?
