EVENT DESCRIPTION

With the recent success of the SASCAR events, Peretti Investments would like to bring another promising Project to Los Santos. After a two months leave from the city, studying new projects and formats and a very long meeting with German investors, we came up with a brand new idea. A more modern Racing league with more accessible prices and actual profitable for both legue owners, teams and sponsors. Michael Peretti would be one more time raising the bar on event organisation in San Andreas, learning from the mistakes from his previous series and applying corrections to the new one, bringing to Los Santos the most used modern race car in the world, the Pfister Comet S2 and the Pfiste Growler.

The event scheduled is grand prix day with sixteen cars and six teams, competitive racing is going to be held, only a small amount of cars testing their vehicles on track. Marhals are hired to ensure safety of the events.

The San Andreas Aviation Authority has been notified the event and WILL close the airspace within the Sandy Airfield area during the 3h of event and interrupt any landing in the airfield to ensure the safety of the planes and also the attendees on ground at the event.

The Blaine Aviation, legal owners of the Sandy Shores Airfield authorized the use of the airfield for the event and will be there to assist and help the organisation with helicopter crew and ground crew.

AGREEMENTS

These Event Request Terms (hereinafter ‘Terms’) is entered into between the below signed party (‘Signed Party’) and the Los Santos Fire Department.

I---PURPOSE
The purpose of these Terms is to establish the terms and conditions by which the Signed Party must adhere to during the legal gathering and/or event organized by the Signed Party within the State of SAN ANDREAS.

II---GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms are effective upon the day and date of the last signature affixed hereto. These Terms shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by the parties. The Agreement may be terminated, without cause, by either party (Los Santos Fire Department or Signed Party (collectively)) upon twenty-four (24) hour written notice.

III---GENERAL TERMS A-------Requirements and/or Perquisites

• A mandatory presence of a Law Enforcement Agency (Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos Sherriff's Department, San Andreas State Fire Marshals and/or San Andreas Park Rangers) is required should the legal gathering and/or event organized by the Signed Party take place on public; government and/or state owned property.
• A mandatory presence of a Law Enforcement Agency (Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos Sherriff's Department, San Andreas State Fire Marshals and/or San Andreas Park Rangers) or Licensed Security Company is required should the event present any security risk.
• The Signed Party is required to attempt their best to remove any posing fire hazards before the established start of the event; should the Signed Party fail to remove any posing fire hazards, this must be reported to the Los Santos Fire Department before the established start of the event.
• The Signed Party is responsible for establishing an area; or establishing instructions for the Los Santos Fire Department during the duration of the event.
• The Signed Party is responsible for organizing the equipment required to assist the Los Santos Fire Department in their duties, should said equipment be unavailable, the Signed Party must communicate to the Los Santos Fire Department of such unavailability.

B-------General Terms as-established during the duration of the event

• Should the legal gathering and/or event organized by the Signed Party pose any immediate security risk to the Los Santos Fire Department, members of the Los Santos Fire Department are required to withdraw from the event.
• Should the legal gathering and/or event organized by the Signed Party pose any immediate fire or medical risk the Los Santos Fire Department has the right to suspend any operations of the legal gathering and/or event organized by the Signed Party.

V---ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS
These established terms will be enforced immediately, upon the day and date of the last signature affixed hereto.

I, the below signed, certify that the information given on this event request form is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I also agree to comply with the Los Santos Fire Department, agree to all the event requirements and agree to terms as outlined above. I agree that if I fail to comply with the terms established above, I would be subject to a fine issued by the Los Santos Fire Department. I also agree to inform the Los Santos Fire Department of any cancellations or rescheduling and failing to do would mean I would be subject to a fine issued by the Los Santos Fire Department.

Dear Mister Peretti,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Public Relations Division to inform you that we have conducted a full review of your Event Request and have decided that we will be accepting your request. The Los Santos Fire Department looks forward to working alongside your organization.

In cases of cancellation, changes of dates, times, location and/or plans, please reach out to Public Relations Management to update the plans for the event. Please be careful of if and when you do inform us of any changes to ensure accuracy of the information.

Within the upcoming days the Los Santos Fire Department will organize its' staff and resources to be deployed for the event, once it is all confirmed and ready, a certification will be prepared for the event and all its' details. In case the event requires this certification to be printed and presented, please contact Public Relations Management with said request. In cases of any questions or concerns please reach out to Public Relations Management.
