| I. Biography |

Kevin Alterlis' career started in the Netherlands, where he was a part of the Youth Fire Department Program. He spend his first years there until the age of 18, where he then embarked on the training program to become a Firefighter. Through the years he became qualified to become a Lieutenant, proceeding from there to follow a education at the Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid (Academy for Physical Safety) to become a Battalion Chief.

At the age of 33 he moved to the United States, New York City to continue with his career. Two years later he became a Battalion Chief at the FDNY. Eleven years later he moved to San Andreas with the plans to spend there until his retirement. Upon transfer he became a Captain at the Los Santos Fire Department under the leadership of Fire Chief Jayden Hastings.

During his time he proceeded to revamp certain policies, handbooks, set new guidelines and guides in motion.

Kevin Alterlis retired as Assistant Chief on the 10th of August, 2018.
