FIRE DEPARTMENT STATEMENT ON SOUTH LS PROTEST
30th of July, 2022
LSFD Public Relations Member Casey Harper
ROCKFORD HILLS - This is an official statement issued by the Los Santos Fire Departments Public Relations Division in response to the protests and subsequent rioting on the 30th of July 2022.

Statement Begins The Los Santos Fire Department has deployed various resources to assist our law enforcement partners at the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department station located in Davis. The South Los Santos protests began roughly at 9:00 PM and concluded at around 10:32 PM. During this time various units from across the county were deployed to provide additional manpower to cover the large volume of calls. Our Tactical Emergency Medical Services, otherwise known as TEMS, were activated to directly assist the Sheriffs and provide immediate medical care. Various patients had to be airlifted out by FIRE-3 to local area hospitals.

The Los Santos Fire Department advocates for freedom of speech and the right to protest, however, we condemn any assaults against our hardworking firefighters and paramedics. The violence displayed towards them was unacceptable. - Public Information Officer - Casey Harper Statement Ends Units Dispatched: TEMS-2, EMS-2, FIRE-3, E-7, RA-71, RA-72, RA-4, PIO, CH2, CH22, BC-2
